All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

 

Two-Day Shipping Available – $25 will be added to the delivery charge. Orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) Monday-Friday.

 

NEST Fragrances will only ship to residential or business addresses and not P.O. Boxes.

 

If shipped FedEx Ground, packages should be received within:

 

1-2-days for the Midwest, KY and OH
2-3 days for Central and Eastern States (excluding New England)
4-5 days for Western States, New England, AK and HI

 

Alaska and Hawaii

A $25 surcharge will be added to the ground delivery charge. Unfortunately, we cannot ship two-day express outside of the Continental U.S.

 

International Orders and U.S. Territories

NEST Fragrances products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time.

 

Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the shipping time spent in warmer climates. NEST Fragrances reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.

 

 

Return Policy

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.

 

In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase by following the steps outlined below.

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

 

Please follow these four steps to return your damaged goods to NEST Fragrances:

 

Step 1:

Please e-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@nestfragrances.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the item(s) you wish to return.

 

Step 2:

Once you have received your RAN, please include it on your shipping label and in a note within the box you are sending to us. You also need to indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement.  Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

 

Step 3:

Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).  Acceptable recorded delivery methods include UPS, Fed Ex, and Certified Mail.

 

Step 4:

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used products.  We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by e-mail once your refund or replacement has been processed. Please allow a maximum of 21 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed.

 

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by NEST Fragrances as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
